Video: Michael “Venom” Page, Mike Perry face off in London ahead of BKFC 27
Bellator welterweight contender Michael “Venom” Page and former UFC fighter Mike Perry got their first faceoff ahead of their bareknuckle boxing clash.
(MVP) and ‘Platinum’ Mike Perry met the London media on Tuesday afternoon at the Kick-Off Press Conference in front of Buckingham Palace. Page will make his Bare Knuckle FC debut against Perry in the BKFC 27 headliner which takes place on August 20th in London.
Page, 35, remains under contract with Bellator, his bareknuckle debut comes after a controversial split decision loss against Logan Storley for the Bellator interim welterweight title at Bellator 281 (May 13, 2022).
For perry, and following his back-to-back losses in the UFC Octagon he debuted in bareknuckle boxing last year in Triad Combat, picking up a split decision win over Michael Seals before debuting in BKFC and defeating Julian Lane by unanimous decision in Feb. 2022
