There were no fans or media in attendance for Saturday’s card other than Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and guests.
Despite Dana White’s efforts to dispel the rumor Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg had rented out the UFC Apex Arena for fight night, the billionaire was captured sitting cageside with his wife and looked to be having the time of his life.
Earlier this week, it was reported that UFC Vegas 61 would be closed to the public for both the media and for fans, This sparked various speculations as to what could be the reason behind the decision.
UFC Vegas 61 headliner Mackenzie Dern claimed that Zuckerberg was renting out out the entire arena to watch the fights live, shortly after, White shot down those claims of Zuckerberg renting out the Apex were “total bullish*t”.
But the U.S. billionaire was seen in attendance for the UFC Vegas 61 event enjoying the fights, while his wife didn’t appear to be loving the action as much.
