Watch: Jake Paul knocks out Mike Perry in round 6
After his fight against Mike Tyson was postponed to November 15, Jake Paul won’t be waiting that long to get back into the ring. Jake Paul faced Mike Perry in a cruiserweight contest on Saturday, July 20, at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida. Initially, Paul, 27, was set to box 57-year-old Mike Tyson in a heavyweight match scheduled to air on Netflix this Saturday. However, the fight was postponed due to Tyson’s health.
Mike Perry, known for his toughness, has remained undefeated in BKFC since leaving the UFC in 2021. Paul has built a notable boxing career by fighting former UFC fighters, though he has also faced “real boxers,” defeating a few club fighters and losing a moderately controversial split decision against Tommy Fury.
