Dana White confirms the UFC wants to make Khamzat Chimaev vs. Nate Diaz happen

It appears Dana White is on board with Khamzat Chimaev’s latest callout, and The only thing needed is getting the green light from the Stockton superstar.

Chimaev put on another dominating performance and remained unbeaten with an incredible first-round submission win over Li Jingliang this past Saturday at UFC 267. Following latest smashing, the 27-year-old called out Nate, saying, “Let’s see who is the real gangster,” .

According to TMZ Sports, UFC president Dana White is “100 percent” interested in booking Chimaev vs. Diaz, who is in the last fight of his UFC contract.

“Yeah, we’re gonna talk to Nate about it,” White told TMZ Sports. “One hundred percent (the UFC is open to booking the fight).”
