Watch: Charles Oliveira submits Mateusz Gamrot in the second round

Charles Oliveira finished Mateusz Gamrot at a UFC Fight Night in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday, October 11th, earning a huge comeback victory following his loss to Ilia Topuria and lifting the home crowd to its feet.

Oliveira secured his 18th career victory in Brazil (7th in the UFC), thrilling the Rio crowd. The second-round tap-out at 2:48 also padded his UFC records, giving him an unmatched 21 total stoppage wins and 17 submissions.

Oliveira was originally set to face Muay Thai specialist Rafael Fiziev, but after Fiziev withdrew due to injury, Oliveira instead fought a fellow grappler, Mateusz Gamrot.
